Where I’m from in Indiana, the small, bitter persimmons are much different than the sweet persimmons you can buy in the grocery here in NYC. The cocktail below uses vodka that I infused with persimmons from a Chinatown grocery. 🙂
🔸1 ounce vodka
🔸3/4 ounce 4-day persimmon-infused vodka
🔸3/4 ounce lemon juice
🔸3/4 ounce simple syrup
