Forgot to post this cocktail from a couple weeks back that we drank on our anniversary. This cocktail from @wandpdesign‘s Shake book was the cocktail we served at our wedding!
Recently listened to an episode on maple syrup from one of my favorite podcasts, Gastropod. If you love food + drinks and the science + history behind them, you should definitely take a listen. In the episode about maple, I learned that maple is undergoing a major boom and is getting super popular in beverage aisles, Asian kitchens, and even biomedical research laboratories. It’s not just for pancakes. Crazy, eh? ???
