Ingredients

  • 1 oz London dry gin
  • 1 oz ruby port
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz cinnabark syrup (or cinnamon simple syrup)
  • 1 barspoon cranberry preserves or cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Shake, garnish with a mint sprig.

    To make the cinnamon syrup, either add a dash of cinnamon to some simple syrup or add a cinnamon stick to the saucepan when you are making simple syrup to infuse the flavor when it's warm.
