Ingredients
- .5 oz gin
- .5 oz Aperol
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 barspoon simple syrup
- 3 dashes rhubarb bitters
- Champagne to top
Instructions

Stir all ingredients except champagne and pour into a chilled coupe. Top with the bubbly stuff! Garnish with a garden flower!
