Ground Cherry Pisco Sour with Lemon and Sherry

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 4-6 Ground Cherries
  • 1 oz Sherry
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • 1 slice habaƱero pepper
  • Soda Water to top

Instructions

  1. Muddle a tiny piece of habaƱero with 4 of the husk cherries. Add the rest of the ingredients, saving a sliver of pepper and 2 husk cherries for garnish and soda water to top. Shake with ice, strain, and pour in a glass of ice, topping with soda water!
