Living in New York City is a bit of a bummer when you find yourself in a prolific pottery phase while enduring a kitchen the size of Harry Potter’s bedroom. Thankfully it is really fun to make cheese boards on the wheel because they’re flat and easy to store! Also helpful that cheese plates double as cocktail trays. 🙂

- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- egg white
