Had this at the dog-friendly Battery Harris bar in Williamsburg, BK and tweaked a recipe to taste just like it. Roasting fruit or peppers adds a wonderful smoky flavor that makes common cocktails new and complex!
Prep Time 20 minutes
- 2 oz Jalepeño-Infused Tequila
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz rhubarb simple syrup
Roast jalapeños on the grill or stove and infuse in tequila for at least 24 hrs. Add all ingredients with ice and shake!
