Made this last year for our 10-course dinner with friends. This cocktail is best served with Simon and Garfunkel on the record player. 🙂
?Scarborough Fair ?
?2oz vodka muddled/infused with equal parts parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme
?1/2 oz dry vermouth
?1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
?1.5 tsp simple syrup
?Lemon zest
Muddle herbs with vodka + add all other ingredients. Shake vigorously and serve with herb bundle as garnish.
