Back home in Indiana, my husband’s mom has this recipe for glogg displayed from the Swedish side of her family. I always thought of the drink as a holidays-only kind of thing until I got this bottle of @hettaglogg sent to me. Turns out you can make a lot of clever multi-season cocktails with glogg, using everything from gin to rum. (And the folks at Hetta are located up in the Hudson Valley in Rhinebeck, NY!)
As an attempt to ease into fall drinks while the temperature is still hovering in the 80s, I made a simple recipe from the @hettaglogg arsenal using champagne. The perfect way to celebrate the start of the ? season on the East Coast. ? ? ?
✨ Sparkling Autumn Glogg ✨
- 1.5 oz HETTA
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Champagne or Prosecco
- Berries to top
