Also delicious when you sprinkle the cayenne on top of the drink! Made this when I was in Texas a few weeks back when I was visiting. Don’t see key limes in the NYC groceries very often so need to take advantage when in Texas. While we were at the HEB grocery, I also saw a Buddha’s hand fruit and my Midwestern self had NO idea that these existed!
? Key Lime Margarita With Cayenne ?

Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh key lime juice
- 1 tbsp agave nectar to taste
- 2 oz tequila
- .5 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1 key lime for garnish
- Coarse salt + cayenne for rim
Instructions
Add all ingredients, shake, pour in old-fashioned glass over ice!
