Ever since I (err- Sean) learned you can easily make your own tonic water at home that’s much better than what you can buy in the grocery, I haven’t bought a bottle of supermarket tonic. I just make a tonic syrup and keep it in the fridge— adding soda water to make cocktails!
Sam and Kelsey from Dash Bitters have their own kits to make an artisanal tonic. They sent me a kit to try and I made a cocktail using the Meyer lemons I grew on the balcony! Definitely check these kits out if you like gin and tonics, they are so fun and delicious!
