If you like pickles, you will LOVE dilly beans. My mother-in-law gave us these beans over the holidays that she made from her garden. I’ve been storing them on top of the cupboard for a special occasion and then had the idea that they might make an interesting martini ingredient. It’s a bit like a subtle pickle-tini.
