?1 Tbsp Douglas Fir Vodka with a sugar cube
?1 Tbsp St Germain
?3 dashes Peychaud’s, sprinkled on top
Shake everything except bitters. Serve in coupe glass and drip bitters on top to make the rim of color.

?2 small Douglas fir stems
Blend needles with vodka and let sit for 4 days. Filter through coffee filter and keep in cool, dark place up to 6 months. #?
