Recently I got a book called “The Flavor Thesaurus” by Niki Segnit and it is PERFECT for coming up with cocktail flavor twists. It tells you what flavors pair well so that you’re not blindly trying things. (Which I also love to do. :P)

Ingredients
- 2 parts gin
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- .5 part simple syrup
- 8 torn basil leaves
- Shredded coconut, obliterated in a mortar and pestle
- 1 splash coconut water
Instructions
Muddle coconut + basil in gin and then add all the other ingredients, shake and serve in cups rimmed with honey and coconut.
