I found this negroni variation in Julie Reiner’s Craft Cocktail Party. It called for strawberry-infused Aperol but I decided to try using blackberries instead because we had them in the fridge and out-of-season strawberries can be super expensive in NYC. 🙂
🍹 Summer Negroni 🍹
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz blackberry-muddled Aperol
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
Mix all ingredients and stir with ice, pour into an old-fashioned glass with ice, garnish with blackberries.
