East India Gimlet with Dill and Celery

One of the most interesting ways to spice up a common cocktail is to add different herbs and spices. Dill and celery make really interesting combinations because they’re typically paired with savory foods, but are also amazing in sweet things like cocktails. 🙂

🍸East India Gimlet 🍸
🔸1.5 oz Gin
🔸.5 oz lime juice
🔸.5 oz simple syrup
🔸dash celery bitters
🔸few fronds of fresh dill
Muddle a bit of dill in cocktail and shake. Serve with a dill garnish!
