Fresh figs are some of my favorite fruits to photograph. They’re pretty rare to find in the grocery and their pink flesh with all the squiggles really pops in pictures. I am also a big fan of figs in cocktails, too. 🙂
? Fig and Lemon Fizz ?
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 oz honey simple syrup
- Rosemary
- Seltzer to top off
- 1 dried fig
- 1 fresh fig for garnish
Instructions
First, blend the dried fig with vodka and sieve off the solids. Then muddle a bit of rosemary in the fig vodka with the honey simple syrup. After that, add the seltzer and serve with a lemon peel, rosemary sprig, and fresh fig.
