This is one of those drinks that just gives you the most perfect dose of hygge 🙂 ?
? Honey Cardamom Cocktail ?
?1 ½ oz. vodka
?½ oz. honey cardamom simple syrup (half honey, half water)
?½ oz. lemon juice
?1 egg white
?1-2 drops Angostura bitters
?1 star anise for garnish
Mix the ingredients and shake until egg white is frothy. Serve in a coupe glass.
