?Aviation Cocktail ?
?2 oz Gin
?.5 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
?.25 oz Crème de violette
?.75 oz Lemon juice
Shake gin, maraschino liqueur, + lemon juice with ice and pour into coupe glass.
*Layering Tip* Pour room temperature crème de violette over the back of a spoon on top of the cocktail. The liqueur will sink to the bottom! Garnish with a cherry cradled by a lemon peel and stabbed with a cocktail sword. 😛
