Just ordered a book on wild edible plants because I told my friend that petunias are edible. (They’re not.) ????? (we’re fine. ?) This cocktail is a perfect balcony drink no matter what flowers you use to garnish.
May Day Cocktail

Ingredients
- .5 oz gin
- .5 oz Aperol
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 barspoon simple syrup
- 3 dashes rhubarb bitters
- Champagne to top
Instructions
Stir all ingredients except champagne and pour into a chilled coupe. Top with the bubbly stuff! Garnish with a garden flower!
