There’s just something about February that makes me want to make tiki mugs in pottery and drink rum cocktails. Luckily this recent wave of wishful thinking coincided with the launch of @diplomaticorum’s new white sipping rum that they sent as some #boozemail to try. Naturally looked for a recipe in the Smuggler’s Cove book to give the rum a taste test. 🙂
PS– see my post on how to make tiki mugs!
