This cocktail is from W&P Design’s amazing book, Infuse! For those of us who get bored with the same version of classic cocktails, this one literally spices things up. I had 4 serrano peppers in my spicy cucumber gin and it was ???.
? Spicy Cucumber Gimlet ?
Ingredients
- 2.25 oz spicy cucumber gin (See below!)
- .75 oz lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1 sliced round of cucumber and pepper for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and serve!
