I love making crème brûlée because it’s so fun to fire up that little culinary torch and caramelize the sugar. This cocktail you get to have all the fun of crème brûlée without the prep work and egg yolks!
🍊 Torched Grapefruit Margarita 🍊
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Cointreau
- Chile Salt + Honey for rim
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a rocks glass rimmed with chile salt.
