I made this cocktail last winter when I went to visit my brother and sister-in-law in Houston. While visiting, we went to many groceries and I found some fruits like prickly pears or Buddha’s hands that I’d never seen before. These are some of my favorite things to try in new cocktails. 🙂
?Valentine’s Prickly Pear Gimlet ?
?2oz gin
?1 prickly pear
?1oz lime juice
?.5oz St. Germain
?3 dashes Peychauds
Peel and muddle the prickly pear in a shaker. Shake, strain out seeds, and garnish with prickly pear skin.
