Occasionally I’ll have people over to our apartment who are not as deep into the cocktail world as Sean and I are and they don’t particularly want to try one of my cedar-infused concoctions or something as boozy and bitter as a negroni. This drink is a nice gateway to showing a cocktail n00b the beauty of the negroni. 🙂
? Jasmine ?
?2oz gin
?1oz Cointreau
?3/4oz lemon juice
?1/2oz Campari
?Lemon wheel for garnish
Shake with ice and strain into chilled coupe glass. This cocktail also can be a bit confusing because it makes Campari taste a lot like Aperol.
