A few years back, my mom was not the biggest fan of cocktails. After a few drinks like this with liqueurs like Aperol and St. Germain, she’s done a complete about-face. πŸ™‚

I got my edible flowers in the herb section of Fairway and froze a few of them in ice cubes before they started turning bad. Aperol Spritzes are light, slightly bitter drinks, perfect for this in-between season limbo!
