Bitter End Cocktail from Liho Liho Yacht Club

Tried this cocktail at the Liho Liho Yacht Club in San Francisco a little over a month ago and after a bit of testing, this recipe is super close to the real deal.

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz Falernum
  • 2 dashes Angostura for a float


  1. Crush ice and fill a glass. In a shaker, combine all ingredients except for the final two dashes of Angostura and shake. Pour over the crushed ice and top with more bitters. I garnished with a dried hibiscus petal!
