I found this drink in my “Cocktails on Tap” book by Jacob Grier. It’s the perfect St. Paddy’s drink with Guinness! ?☘?

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2/3 oz Cointreau
- 2/3 oz creme de cacao
- 6 oz Guinness
- 1 orange peel for garnish (Roll it into a rose!)
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a pint glass with ice. Stir and top with Guinness! Garnish with orange peel.
