Rambutan Figtini: Figenza Fig Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Lychee Juice

Generally I’m not a huge fan of drinks like Appletinis or anything Dr. Dorian from Scrubs would drink… ??? But when you throw a golfball-sized hairy fruit into a drink like that, all is forgiven.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Figenza Fig Vodka
• .5 oz dry vermouth
• 1 oz lychee juice (or Rambutan!)

Instructions

1. Shake well and serve up. Garnish with a lychee nut or rambutan.
