Recently got the new ?Smuggler’s Cove? book of tiki cocktails and started browsing some of the most concise + best histories I’ve read on rum. But when I came across this cocktail’s name (and the fact that @cooperstown_distillery sent through a bottle of beautiful Fenimore gin) my first Smuggler’s Cove drink had to be with gin.
HUMUHUMUNUKUNUKUAPUA'A (Means a ?!)
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 person
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz orgeat
- 2 oz Cooperstown Distillery Fenimore Gin
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with crushed ice. Shake and open pour into a glass or a tiki mug. Garnish with a flower and some maraschino cherries if you've got them. (I didn't. :))
