Every year when fresh figs come into season in the NYC groceries, I always buy a few packages and make cocktails. Fresh figs make the most beautiful cocktail garnishes and they’re also so much more delicious than dried figs!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Figenza Fig Vodka
- 1 oz St. Germain
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 splash of champagne
- 2 drops almond flavoring

Adapted this recipe from the Figenza list of recipes using the Flavor Thesaurus book! A drink on the sweeter side, decrease the pomegranate juice + add more champagne if you're not a sweet drink fan... That's what I did. Garnish with a fresh fig!
