One last punch bowl cocktail from the holidays. <3 I found this recipe over on How Sweet Eats and adapted it a bit to make it less sweet. After almost a week back in cold NYC, I’m missing that enormous punch bowl and all the warm parties that came with it in Indiana.
Pro Tip: Get creative with the ice molds! I love putting citrus or herbs in a bundt pan and freezing it the night before.
? Coconut Margarita Punch ?
- 10 oz silver tequila
- 8 oz Grand Marnier
- 8 oz lime juice
- 8 oz coconut water
- 8 oz coconut milk (light)
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 6 oz simple syrup
For garnish: greenery, rosemary, an ice mold, and fresh cranberries
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the coconut ingredients until they're smooth. Pour into larger punch bowl with the rest of the ingredients, top with garnishes and ice mold, and serve!
