Just got a new issue of @bonappetitmagand found this recipe in it. The cocktail called for Suze but I chose to use some of my @breckdistillery Bitter liqueur because it looked like they had similar profiles. This cocktail tastes a bit like the fresh cousin of a Negroni. đ

Ingredients
- 4 fresh blackberries
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz Gran Centenario Tequila
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 mint sprig for serving
Instructions
Muddle 2 blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add pineapple juice, tequila, Breckenridge Bitter / Suze, and lime juice and shake until mixture starts to get frothy, about 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig and remaining 2 blackberries.
