Jungle Bird Tiki Cocktail: Rum, Lime, Campari, Pineapple

Another tiki cocktail from my Smuggler’s Cove book, still one of my favorites in the cocktail library… Probably because it gives me many chances to break out the tiki mugs and justify making more! 😛

Ingredients

• 2 oz pineapple juice
• .5 oz fresh lime juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
• .75 oz Campari
• 1.5 oz Black Blended Rum

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and flash blend with ice. Pour in a tiki, add a couple dashes of bitters, and garnish with lime!
